For example, besides Suki, Robin Healthcare recently scored $50 million to build out its “Alexa for healthcare” scribe device that uses AI to record patient-provider interactions and upload clinical notes into the EHR.

About one-third (34%) of adults over age 56 said they would try a voice assistant for a medical condition—and this is the age group that likely has more chronic medical conditions that require some level of management from clinicians.
