Income levels impact the rate of penetration, but even low-income respondents had a penetration of over half (51.7%). Meanwhile, nearly 69% of high-income respondents owned a smart TV. It should also be noted most TVs being produced today are “smart.”. In H1 2023, average US time spent consuming online TV/streaming was 1:50.
