But cart abandonment is higher for mobile (83.2%) than on desktop (71.8%), while average order values are 14% lower on mobile devices than on desktops. Security concerns, slow loading times, and poor user experience are key barriers to purchasing on mobile devices.

Mobile devices usually rely on screens, but Meta’s Ray-Ban Stories 2 smart glasses will use cameras and a voice-activated assistant based on its Meta AI chatbot, which will also be available through its apps.
