As CarPlay and Android Auto grow more sophisticated, more opportunities will arise for mobile apps to advertise in cars. GenAI will reinvigorate voice assistants. Half of smartphone users already use a voice assistant. Even so, the impact on marketing and path to purchase remains fairly light. That may change with genAI.
