Indonesia. The current state: In 2022, the fourth most populous nation worldwide will top Southeast Asia by number of proximity mobile payment users. But Indonesia will rank only fourth in the region by penetration. Outlook: Growth in the number of proximity mobile payment users will slow from 11.1% in 2022 to 3.6% in 2026. Penetration will tick up from 12.5% to 15.1%.
